Sri Hanuman Janmotsava 2026

ISKCON Bangalore is celebrating Sri Hanuman Janmotsava with an elaborate abhisheka to pavana putra Sri Anjaneya. He will then be decorated with fresh butter from the temple’s goshala in a unique benne (butter) alankara. The deity will be decorated with garlands of fresh flowers, betel leaves and dry fruits. Hanumanji will also be offered vadamalas or garlands made from deep-fried lentil dumplings prepared in the deity kitchen.
