ISKCON Bangalore is presently serving free prasadam
to over 1000 pilgrims every day through its Nitya Annadana Seva program. We are
performing Annadana through a temporary arrangement that can accommodate 120 people at a
time.
The need for a new hall
The current facility is insufficient to serve our increasing number of visitors. With a
desire to feed more pilgrims, we are constructing a new Annadana Hall with a capacity of
600 seats. Through this new Annadana Hall, we can serve about 6000
devotees daily.
Donate to construct a new Annadana Hall
You can be a part of this glorious seva. We humbly request your generous donation
towards the new Annadana Hall, which will help us serve wholesome prasadam meals to
countless pilgrims for many years. Your noble contribution will please Lord Krishna and
attract His blessings upon you.

Lord Krishna says in the Bhavishya Purana, “The world, both animate and inanimate,
is
sustained by food. The giver of food is the giver of life and, indeed, of everything
else. Therefore, one who is desirous of well-being in this world and beyond should
make special endeavours to give food…”
Annadana is considered the greatest of all charities. Our temples have enriched people’s
lives through worship and prayers for ages. They have also nourished our bodies and
souls by distributing sanctified food to all the pilgrims liberally. Apart from
satiating their hunger, when the devotees taste the remnants of the food offered to the
Lord, they get spiritually purified.
