Sri Brahmotsava of ISKCON Bangalore is an annual festival celebrated to commemorate the appearance of the deities on Hare Krishna Hill. In 1997, the Supreme Lord descended here, and the devotees celebrate this occasion as Brahmotsava.
This year will be the 28th Brahmotsava. For the last 28 years, Sri Radha Krishnachandra and the other deities have blessed us with a Vaikuntha atmosphere amidst the chaotic material world. Brahmotsava is celebrated in all Vaishnava temples; the Srivari Brahmotsavam celebrated in Tirumala is very well-known. Every day, the utsava deities of Sri Radha Krishnachandra are adorned in various special alankaras and taken in a procession around the temple on different vahanas like Hanumad Vahana, Gaja Vahana, Garuda Vahana every day.
